Western Canada's largest free outdoor walk-through Christmas light display, run by the Airdrie Festival of Lights Society since 1996. Open nightly 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. through December at Nose Creek Park; donations welcome at the gate. Opening-night festivities December 1 at 5:30 p.m. Themed nights: Santa's Here 7–8 PM on Dec 1/6/8/11/13/15/19/22; Emergency Services Night Dec 6, 6–9 PM; Old Fashioned Skating Party Dec 13, 6–9 PM; All Aboard with Servus Dec 15, 6–9 PM; Family Fun Night Dec 19, 6–9 PM; Christmas Day lights-only Dec 25, 6–9 PM; New Year's Eve Family Skate Night Dec 31, 6–9 PM with fireworks viewable from the festival.
